6 Week black spruce fit camp- April 11th- may 21, 2026
Our Fit Camp is designed for anyone looking to build strength, endurance,
improve fitness, and gain confidence in a supportive group environment.
Whether you're brand new to functional fitness or looking to kickstart your
routine again, this program focuses on simple, effective workouts that can be
scaled to any fitness level. Over six weeks you will learn foundational
movements, improve endurance and mobility and experience the energy of group
training while being coached every step of the way. This program will help you
feel not only stronger in the gym, but everyday life.
What to expect?
COACHED WORKOUTS
Each 90-minute session is led by a coach who will guide you through proper
movement, technique, and scaling options so the workout works for you.
BEGINNER-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
No experience with fitness or CrossFit is required. All movements can be
modified to fit your fitness level.
PROGRESS OVER 6 WEEKS
You'll gradually build strength, stamina, and confidence as the workouts
progress in an encouraging, fun, group atmosphere.
90-MINUTE SESSIONS
Sessions will include a coached warm-up, movement instructions, workout of the
day, and mobility.
Prerequisites
No Fitness experience needed.
